PIG ROAST

The Hoedown in the park will also feature a PIG ROAST! A local swine from the Zimmerman Hog Farm in Hotchkiss will be cooked up by Chef Dava Parr, new owner of The Fresh & Wyld Farmhouse B&B/Restaurant/Farm (formerly the Minnesota Creek B&B). Dava will be serving barbeque smoked pork with beans, corn on the cob, and local potato salad. A feast not to be missed! Come on down and HOEDOWN!
