Paint Paonia Art Contest

This years Harvest Festival will include Paint Paonia, a one day Pleine-air Painting competition to benefit the Blue Sage Center for the Arts and the new Paonia Library. On Friday, Sept. 26. Artists will gather early to capture the lush scenery and vistas of the Town with Paint, Pen and Pastel and compete for $1000 in cash prizes. The work will be submitted to the Blue Sage at 3PM for judging and display. There will be a reception and opening of the Silent Auction that night at the Blue Sage from 6:30-7;30 PM and the three top winners will be auctioned at the ever popular Harvest of Voices that begins at 7:30PM. Generous prizes for 1st $500., 2nd $300 and 3rd $150. are certain to bring many outstanding Artists to this event and Buyers will have a delightful array of Art to choose from.
